Our commitment
At Kindan Boulevard, we carefully curate vintage and pre-owned heritage pieces. We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
PLEASE NOTE: Items listed as pre-owned or vintage and have been previously worn unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery date (as confirmed by tracking)
- Item must be in the same condition as received - unworn since purchase, unwashed, and unaltered by you
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable)
- All accessories, documentation, and packaging materials must be included
- Item must be free from any new damage or wear beyond what was described in the original listing
- Final sale items are not eligible for return (marked as "Final Sale" on product page)
IMPORTANT: Since we sell vintage and pre-owned items, we expect items to be returned in the exact condition they were sent. New stains, odors, damage, or wear added after receipt will result in return denial or partial refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional/clearance sales (unless defective beyond original description)
- Items showing any new signs of wear or use added after delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging (if provided)
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accident after delivery
- Altered or customized items
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
- Items with pre-existing vintage wear that was accurately described in the product listing
Understanding vintage and pre-owned items
All items sold at Kindan Boulevard are vintage or pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Vintage items may show signs of previous wear including minor fading, patina, or age-appropriate imperfections
- All condition details, flaws, and measurements are documented in product descriptions and photos
- Vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing standards - please refer to measurements provided
- Pre-existing wear described in the listing is NOT considered a defect and is not grounds for return
- Items are sold "as described" - please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kindanboulevard.com.
Return process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery via your account and order section of our website, via email at info@kindanboulevard.com or through our contact/request form
- Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return
- Provide photos of the item in current condition if requested
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Do not ship items back without prior authorization - unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
IMPORTANT: All returns must be pre-approved by Kindan Boulevard. Items sent back without authorization will be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Return shipping
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item significantly differs from description or is defective beyond what was disclosed
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
- Kindan Boulevard is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Inpsection & processing
Once we receive your return:
- Items will be thoroughly inspected within 3-5 business days to verify they match the condition sent and meet return eligibility requirements
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- If the return is denied (item shows new damage, wear, or doesn't meet requirements), we will contact you with photographic evidence and you may: • Have the item returned to you at your expense, OR • Forfeit the item with no refund issued
REFUND DETAILS
What you'll receive
- Refund of the original purchase price (minus original shipping costs, unless item significantly differs from description)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or item being significantly different than described

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique nature of vintage items. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item following the return process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We cannot guarantee availability of other vintage pieces
Items significantly different from description
If you receive an item that significantly differs from the description or photos:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos showing the discrepancy
- Do not wear, wash, or alter the item
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Upon verification, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs or send a replacement (if available)
NOTE: Vintage items may have minor imperfections that are described or visible in photos - these are not considered defects. Only significant undisclosed issues qualify.
Wrong item shipped
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item received and the shipping label
- Do not use, wear, or alter the item
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Once verified, we will ship the correct item or issue a full refund including original shipping costs
IMPORTANT: Claims of wrong items received must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Claims made after 48 hours or without proof may not be honored.
DELIVERY ISSUES & FRAUD PROTECTION
Lost packages
- Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Kindan Boulevard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring signature confirmation
- Proof of delivery from the carrier is considered final
- We cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier
"Item not received" claims
- All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation
- Claims of non-delivery will be investigated using carrier tracking information
- If tracking shows delivery, we cannot issue a refund
- Customers should file claims with the shipping carrier for lost packages after delivery confirmation
- We recommend filing a police report for stolen packages and contacting your credit card company if applicable
False claims
Fraudulent claims (including but not limited to false "item not received" or "wrong item" claims) will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Denial of current and future returns
- Potential legal action
- Reporting to relevant authorities and fraud prevention services
We maintain detailed records including photographic evidence of all items shipped, packaging, and tracking information.
Chargeback protection
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us directly. We want to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback constitutes fraud
- All orders are documented with photographic evidence, tracking, and delivery confirmation
- Chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery or for reasons covered in this policy will be contested with full documentation provided to your financial institution
- Customers who file invalid chargebacks will be permanently banned from future purchases
International returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes
- International return shipping costs are typically non-refundable
- Returns must clear customs and arrive at our facility within the 30-day return window
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable method
Final sale items
Items marked as "Wholesale", "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional sales are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of:
- Receipt of item that significantly differs from description
- Receipt of wrong item due to our error
Modifications to this policy
Kindan Boulevard reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
