Are all items vintage or pre-owned?

Most of our collection consists of carefully curated vintage and pre-owned pieces from heritage brands. We do carry some new items, which are clearly marked in the product description. All vintage and pre-owned items are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and accurately described with photos showing their current condition.

What condition should I expect for vintage items?

All vintage items show some signs of previous wear - this is normal and part of their authentic character. We thoroughly document any flaws, fading, or imperfections in the product description and photos. Minor vintage wear as described is not considered a defect. Each item is sold "as described," so please review all details carefully before purchasing.

How do I know what size to order for vintage items?

Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards. We provide detailed measurements (chest, length, sleeve, etc.) in most product listings. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you own that fits well. If you have questions about fit, please contact us before purchasing.

How do you authenticate vintage and heritage brand items?

We carefully inspect each item for authenticity based on brand markers, tags, construction quality, and era-specific details. However, we encourage all buyers to conduct their own due diligence using the detailed photos and descriptions we provide. If you have any questions about a specific item's authenticity before purchasing, please contact us. We stand behind our listings and will work with you if an item's authenticity is legitimately questioned.

What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items, this includes Wholesale Bundles and certain sale items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipment tracking is provided with each order.
